Well, I've toyed with the idea of trying to write about my outdoor experiences for a long time, and now thanks to technology I can share my "adventures" with my loyal fans (My wife and my mom). Thanks guys!!! I can't claim that everything I write on here will be entertaining, but it will for the most part be true. After all I am a fisherman and the fish will always be a bit exaggerated. If nothing else I'll be forced to take a few more pictures while I'm out.
For anyone else that might stumble upon this blog, I'm a life time Alaskan. I started begging my dad to take me fishing when I was still in diapers and haven't stopped fishing since. I'm not a purist by any means, I'll catch fish using whatever methods are legal and most effective. In Alaska we live a subsistance lifestyle so most of my trips are meant for putting food in the freezer. Not to say I don't practice catch and release on many occasions, but I do take the opportunity to harvest what the land has to offer.
Well I hope as my blog grows people will continue to read. Feel free to leave comments, I'm not shy about talking.
